Shipping Policy


Gudang currently ships to Peninsular Malaysia (including Penang Island) excluding other islands and PO Box addresses. For shipping to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) or other countries, kindly drop us an email @

In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact us @ within 7 days from the date of receive and a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra charges.

Items typically require five (5) to ten (10) business days to arrive at your place.

Our Delivery Fee:

For the 1st10 kgs: RM25

Subsequently, Rm2 for every additional one kg

For purchase above RM3,000.00,we will ship for free.


  • Additional rate starting from RM50 – RM80 per manpower will apply if there is no lift access at the delivery address, which is located in a building from 3rd floor onwards. This service is applicable up to the 5th floor only. Please notify us at “Remark” column when placing order.


  • Please ensure that there is someone to receive the delivery, and that the delivery path and premise are free of obstacles, including any existing furniture items.


  • Delivery will only proceed if the delivery team deemed it is suitable to go ahead in a non-hazardous manner. If the lifting process is deemed hazardous, (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairways, obstruction of passageways), and deemed unfeasible based on our assessment; we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. For customer residing in condominium, please inform us of the time availability for us to schedule delivery accordingly.


  • For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly inform us so at least 3 working days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements, else there will be a penalty charge for any last minute changes.


  • If you have booked for assembly service with us, please note that our assembly servicesexclude electrical and plumbing works. At the moment, it is only available in Ipoh Area Only with purchase of RM3,000.00 and above.Fee for assembly is 10% of the product price.

Return Policy

Exchange Of Item(s) For Different Model Or Design

Changed your mind? No, problem!! You may convert your purchase to other products within 7 days of the date you received the item(s) but this only applies to regular priced item(s).


STEP 1:For assistance, please contact us at or call us at +6053211643.

STEP 2:You will need to obtain an exchange order number and Return Form from us. 

STEP 3:Return the unassembled item in their original packaging within 7 days, together with your receipt for either an exchange of an item at the same price or lower price than the exchanged item(s). 



  • You may have to bear the delivery charge incurred.

  • If the price of the returned item(s) exceeds the price the item(s) you wished to purchase in exchange with, then you would be required to top up the excess balance.

  • If the price of the returned item(s) is of a lower price, then no refund in cash or in other means will be given for the balance.

  • Please ensure that your items comply the Return Eligibility. Click herefor more info.

  • This policy does not apply to items which have been stated as non-exchangeable and non-refundable on our website. Click herefor more info.


Exchange Of Item(s) Due To Damage Or Discrepancies

Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours after you received the order.

STEP 2:You will need to obtain an exchange order number and Return Form from us. 

STEP 3:You will be required to return the damaged good to the nearest Citylink branch using the Return Form provided by us.


You may opt for:

  • Full Refund (will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment)

  • Exchange Of Item(s) (different product(s) at the same price as the original items or lower, or the same product(s) as the returned good(s)) which will be delivered to you at no cost




Return Eligibility

  • Does not apply to Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable Items:


1. Good(s) ordered to your specifications (This applies to Exchange Of Item(s) For different Model Or Design)

2. Damaged Items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and incorrect self-assembly product damaged


  • Must contact us within seven (7) days after delivery for exchange item(s)

  • Must contact us within 24 hours after delivery for damaged item(s)

  • New condition and unused

  • Must be in original packaging with all packaging material still intact


Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their orders at no additional charge at the condition that the delivery confirmation email hasn’t been sent out.


If the items had been delivered out, the refunded value would be:

Refunded Value = Final Paid Price – Delivery Fee – Pick up Fee (RM150)


Else, you will be fully refunded at the same method as the original payment.
